Itacaré Paradise is a condominium consisting of eight houses in the Villas de São José. Perched atop a hill that separates two beaches (Prainha is 150m away and the São José beach, 100m), the houses have a view of the sea and/or the rain forest.
The houses have 3 or 4 bedrooms, swimming pool on the veranda and come fully equipped, with equipment and decoration. There is also a permanent hotel service, along with maintenance and mains services. Other services are available on a pay per use system.
Itacaré Paradise is the first Brazilian fractional development. Each house is marketed in twelve fractions and each fraction corresponds to four weeks of use per year. One of these weeks must be a Premium Week (Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter, Carnival, January holidays and July holidays) and the remaining ones are chosen from the rest of the year.
